Whatever the reason for your return, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day on which you receive your order. For shipments within France, returns are free of charge. For international shipments, return cost of the product is at the charge of the customer. To guarantee the tracking and good processing of packages which reach us, a return authorisation is required beforehand. You must follow this procedure:

Procedure

1.  Go to your customer account area
2.  In the details of your order, select the Product you wish to return
3.  Then state the Reason for Return and click on Generate a return
4.  Prepare your product in its original packaging
5.  Once your return is accepted, you will receive from us a shipping label to print and stick on the packaging with the following adress :

6.  Take the parckage to your nearest post office.

Refund

Refunds are made on the payment method used at the time of validating the order and within 14 days from the date on which the reimbursement is requested. The amount of your order minus shipping costs will be returned to you after we have received the product. The reimbursement period can be deferred if the product has not reached us on the 14th day following the request until proof of shipping has been supplied.

If you made a mistake during the order :

Please contact us by phone at 00 33 972 53 48 63 within 2 hours of your order, so that we will manually modify or cancel your order.

Exchanges

An exchange request will only be considered if you return a damaged product or you have selected the wrong size. Please specify your reason for return during the request. Skeed will be responsible for shipping your new product. An exchange cannot be made on a different product under no circumstance. As soon as we receive the product, our team will check its condition, within 5 Business days. WIthout wear or damage, SKeed will proceed to make the exchange, and will take care of the shipping costs. If a product is unavailable, the amount of your order will be reimbursed upon reception of the product in its original packaging.
