Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. Standard shipping in France is carried out by DPD Predict, a division of Chronopost. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal fees. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay the shipping fees for each one.

DPD Predict

DPD Predict is the European parcel delivery service for individuals, a division of Chronopost. We guarantee delivery within 48 to 72 hours (3 working days) and within a time slot from 8am to 6pm. You can also track your package using an identification number on the site: https://www.dpd.fr/

Shipping is free for orders over €190, valid only for mainland France with DPD.
