Satisfaction Return

Whatever the reason for the return, you have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day you receive your order. Returning your product is at your expense by postal mail. To ensure tracking and proper handling of the packages that reach us, a return authorization is required in advance.

Refund

Please specify "Refund of your order" as the reason for return when making your request. Once the return package is received by the after-sales service, our team will verify the returned item, within 5 working days. If the item shows no damage or significant signs of use, our team will proceed with your refund, within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of order confirmation.

If you ordered by mistake:

Contact us by phone at +33 (0)2 21 76 69 30 within 2 hours of your order, and we will manually modify or cancel your order.

Exchanges

Please specify "Exchange of your order" as the reason for return when making your request. An exchange request will only be considered in the case of a defective product or a size error. An exchange cannot be made for a different product. Once the return package is received by the after-sales service, our team will verify the returned item, within 5 working days. If the item shows no damage or significant signs of use, our team will proceed with your exchange. The shipping of your new product will be covered by SKeeD®. In case of product unavailability, the amount of your order will be refunded.
